Health Enforcement Orders

The Environmental Public Health Program enforces Alberta’s Public Health Act (RSA Chapter P-37), including many regulations like the Food Regulation (A.R. 31/2006) and the Housing Regulation (A.R. 173/99).

  • Pool Standards July 2014 (amended 2018)
