Q: How do I know who my Servicer is?

A: A welcome email and letter has been sent to you introducing you to your new Servicer. You can also call the phone number on your monthly statement which is affiliated with your Servicer. If you are unable to locate those items, call 888.469.0810 and we would be happy to assist you.

Q: What's the difference between a Mortgage Lender and a Servicer?

A: A Mortgage Lender provides a loan to a borrower to purchase or refinance a home. A Servicer provides services for the loan account such as answering customer service questions, collecting loan payments on the lender’s behalf, and providing additional services related to managing a customer’s loan. In this case, AmeriHome has partnered with various third-party Servicers to service their mortgages. AmeriHome Mortgage is still your lender and owns the servicing rights to your loan. AmeriHome can help you with your home lending solutions if you are interested in refinancing or purchasing a new home.

Q: How do I find my loan number?

A: You can find your loan number on your monthly statement which is sent to you once a month.

Q: I'm having trouble logging into my account / I don't know my username or password.

A: If you don’t know your username or password, go to your Servicer’s website, click on the Forgot Username or Forgot Password link and follow the prompts to retrieve your account.
